Hygiene Proficiency Exam - Hygiene Passport

The price/cost:

The cost of the hygiene proficiency exam is 55 € (retest 30 €). This includes the hygiene proficiency test, hygiene passport, hygiene certification, and mailing. 

Instructions for the hygiene proficiency test:

• The hygiene proficiency test must be paid in cash before the exam. Please bring the exact sum.
• Please bring an official identity paper (i.e. passport, driving licence or social security card with a photo) and an ink or ball point pen (not black).
• The hygiene proficiency test takes approximately 1 hour.
• After the hygiene proficiency test we will go through the correct answers.
• The certificate of hygiene proficiency (hygiene passport) will be posted approximately 6 weeks after the test. The time depends on the Food Safety Authority Evira.
